Spicy Remoulade Recipe is Perfect for Crab Cakes, Calamari & More!

Today we had grilled chicken and spinach roll ups, and we wanted to kick up the flavor a bit so I put my 11 yr. old daughter on the job of mixing up a tasty sandwich spread made with our BBQ Sauce. What she made was extraordinary and to our surprise the flavors make this simple recipe the tastiest remoulade sauce recipe for crab cakes, calamari and more!

She started by:

- Mixing equal parts of Outta The Park Original BBQ Sauce and Trader Joe's Organic Mayonnaise.

- Next she shook in some salt and pepper.

- Then, I added some chopped fresh scallions that I got from Western Wake Farmer's Market earlier today

- Finally, we tossed in a few chopped up leaves of cilantro.

That was it, and it was truly extraordinary! It reminded all the adults who tried it of a high end Remoulade sauce perfect for crab cakes, calamari and shrimp. We used it as a sandwich spread today for our Chicken & Spinach wraps and as a dipping sauce for veggies, but we can't wait to try it out with seafood. It was delish!
