Roosevelt Does Brisket "Low & Slow" with Hot & Spicy

They say a picture is worth a thousand words and this one speaks volumes about the great combination of beef brisket and Outta The Park Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce. We had this for St. Patrick's day dinner this year and it was delicious. This weekend our friend Brian Roosevelt of Massachusetts served it to his friends for poker night. He put the brisket on at 7:30 am and slow cooked it all day, and according to Brian the fellas were pretty impressed.
