Outta The Park Quinoa & Tatsoi Cabbage Roll Ups Recipe



Fresh ginger gives Outta The Park BBQ Sauce some serious versatility! Here we go Asian with Stuffed Cabbage rolls filled with Quinoa, Tatsoi, Onion and shredded Carrots.

Ingredients:
- Cooked Quinoa
- Cooked Tatsoi leaves, chopped
- Cooked Ground beef (optional)
- Fresh shredded carrots
- finely diced onion
- Outta The Park BBQ Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Fresh Ginger
- Salt & pepper to taste

This stir fry is so easy and so good. Just put your fresh ingredients in a saute pan and saute in a touch of water and olive oil until mostly done. Add your precooked quinoa and chopped tatsoi and if you opt for a non-vegetarian option add your precooked ground beef too. To cook the tatsoi, simply simmer it in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain tatsoi and squeeze out most of the water before adding to stir fry.

Mix 3 parts Outta The Park BBQ Sauce to 1 part soy sauce and add to the saute pan. Make sure there is adequate sauce to cover all the ingredients in the pan.

Grate a bit of fresh ginger into the mix and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with cabbage leaves for as a tasty gluten-free and vegetarian roll-up.
