Outta The Park Grilled Scallops

This recipe is so simple yet so good!

Start with fresh sea scallops, rinse them very well to remove any remaining sand particles. Dry them well. Next, rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place scallops on hot grill set to high. Sear for 3 mins on each side. After the first flip brush on Outta The Park Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce (Original works too!)

Drop heat to medium and cook for about 1 to 1-1/2 mins more to set the sauce until it's lightly caramelized.

Served here with steak for a great Surf & Turf meal with a side of farmer's market fresh chard and quinoa.
