Outta the Park BBQ Shrimp

1 lb medium shrimp, deveined, tails on
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dry rub (see recipe below)*
1/2 cup Outta the Park BBQ Sauce, plus extra

After deveining the shrimp, wash and pat dry. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the olive oil. Coat with the dry rub mixture. Pour the BBQ sauce in a second bowl and add shrimp. Marinate shrimp in sauce for 1-3 hours.

Prepare grill, turing on high for 7-10 minutes. Using tongs, place shrimp in a grill basket or vented pan and grill for 5 minutes total, turning once for even cooking. Remove shrimp and serve immediately with additional Outta the Park BBQ Sauce. Serves 4.

*For the dry rub, combine one teaspoon each of paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. Use one tablespoon of the mixture for the recipe above, reserving the rest for future use.
