Each week he hosts a segment on the My Carolina Today program on NBC17 called Edible Whole Foods, and the show today is all about shrimp in honor of the grand opening of a new Whole Foods Market location in Wilmington, NC.

As for me I can't wait for my summer trip to Kure Beach. Watching those shrimp boats in the early morning and shopping at Whole Foods in Wilmington for my groceries for the week - my beach trip this year will be better than ever!
