Blanch's BBQ Salmon

Blanch’s BBQ Salmon:

2 healthy de-boned Alaskan Salmon Filets
1/2 Tsp. Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Lemon
1 Bottle OTP BBQ Sauce

Marinate Salmon in a generous lather of Outta The Park BBQ Sauce. Calmly add the Oil & Vinegar. Squeeze juice of one lemon into the mix. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Bake salmon for approx 15mins, or until outer edges turn white. Remove salmon from oven and place on counter. Switch oven to Broil and set to 475 degrees. While broiler is heating up, pour additional OTP BBQ Sauce over top of filets; spread to coat evenly. Place salmon on top rack in the oven and broil 2-4 minutes until BBQ becomes carmelized on edges and looks black (the more well done the salmon the more carmelized the sauce will get, adding a smoky flavor).

Remove from oven – let cool for 4 mins. Serve and enjoy with Grilled Asparagus and potato of your choice.
